Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specializing in hotel profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Food & Beverage to join the team of our client in Brussels.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in shaping the culinary experience at our prestigious establishment committed to culinary excellence. As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee and elevate the dining experience within our client. Your role involves strategic management of day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality standards, and providing exceptional service. We are seeking a leader with a keen eye for detail, a dedication to excellence, and a passion for creating memorable dining moments.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest culinary standards through menu development, food presentation, and taste consistency.
- Manage day-to-day F&B operations, including inventory management, procurement, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B personnel, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and impeccable service.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience by monitoring service quality, addressing guest feedback, and anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and identify revenue-enhancing opportunities while maintaining culinary standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products for the kitchen and bar.
- Coordinate closely with the executive chef, sommeliers, and other F&B staff to maintain consistency in quality, service, and presentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and F&B innovations to continuously enhance the dining experience.

Profil du Candidat
- Proven track record in a managerial role within high-end F&B establishments.
- In-depth understanding of fine dining cuisine, food trends, wine pairing, and an appreciation for culinary arts.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on mentorship, team development, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring satisfaction, and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, guests, suppliers, and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch proficiency is a bonus!
