As the Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind our client’s kitchen, leading a talented team to create exquisite dishes that captivate guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring each one is a testament to culinary artistry.
• Motivate and direct your kitchen team, cultivating a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
• Work closely with the F&B team to develop inspiring menus that reflect your culinary vision and delight guests.
• Maintain rigorous standards of quality and hygiene, ensuring every dish meets the highest expectations.

• Demonstrated success as a head chef with strong leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and preferably a teaching certificate.
• Superior culinary skills, a discerning eye for quality, and a creative flair for menu development.
• Proficient in English, Dutch strongly appreciated, with excellent communication skills.
