• Focus on staff recruitment, development, training, and welfare.

• Create unique and well-aligned strategies for multiple F&B outlets.

• Proven executive-level F&B experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch
• Track record in quality-driven initiatives and team development.
• Strategic thinker with effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and teams.
• Exceptional customer care skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence and professionalism in dealing with high-profile clients.
