Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Front Office Manager to join the team of our client in Brussels.

As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guests experience exceptional service and luxury throughout their stay. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the success of our client’s hotel operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Reservation Department to strategically plan the market mix, maximizing room occupancy while meticulously recording all relevant details.
• Ensure that all Front Desk services are available and executed efficiently, consistently meeting our high standards. Provide on-the-job training and supervision to front office staff.
• Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures. Uphold the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Address guest complaints promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals, review and discuss staff personal development plans, and identify areas for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Ensure all employees fully understand and adhere to the organization’s policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure punctuality, grooming standards, and uniform adherence of all employees. Be a role model for professionalism.

• Previous experience in a managerial position within the Front Office Department.
• Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with Opera Property Management System (PMS).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French. Dutch or any other European language is a plus
• Exceptional customer care and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance in line with the company’s standards.
