We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Revenue Management expert to join our esteemed client’s team in Antwerp.

As the Regional Revenue Manager Belgium, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and optimizing sales strategies across multiple properties in Belgium (branded).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative revenue strategies to maximize sales and optimize pricing across all properties.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Utilize this information to make data-driven decisions that enhance revenue performance.
  • Lead regular business meetings to align revenue strategies with commercial goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective revenue management practices.
  • Manage and develop the reservations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide training and mentorship to enhance their skills and contributions to revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the operations team to exceed guest expectations and ensure owner satisfaction through strategic revenue initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track revenue performance. Use these insights to refine strategies and achieve targets.
  • Leverage advanced revenue management tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance accuracy in forecasting and pricing.

Skills Required

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 2 years in revenue management, preferably in a multi-property environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with revenue management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is considered a strong asset.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
